Terms of Service

1. What goPumpMe is
goPumpMe ("we", "us") is a crowdfunding platform on Robinhood Chain, operated by Mavrk Inc. Campaign creators launch a token whose on-chain trading pool routes a fee from every trade to the campaign's beneficiary wallet. goPumpMe operates the website, a hosted account service, and the smart contracts that power launches — it is a technology platform, not a bank, broker, investment adviser, charity, or payment processor.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use cryptocurrency services where you live. You are responsible for complying with your local laws, including tax obligations on anything you receive through the platform.
3. Your account and hosted wallet
When you sign up, we generate a blockchain wallet for you and store its private key encrypted on our servers so the app can work without crypto experience. You can reveal and export that private key at any time from your account page — the wallet is yours, and you can leave for self-custody whenever you want. Keep your password safe: anyone with your login can control the account and its wallet. Adding a recovery email is optional but strongly recommended; without one, a lost password can mean a lost account.
4. Fees
Trades of campaign tokens route through an on-chain pool that charges a fee on every swap, currently 2% of trade value in ETH terms — 1.5% streams to the campaign's beneficiary wallet and 0.5% to the goPumpMe treasury. These parameters live on-chain and the current values always apply. Launching a campaign is currently sponsored (we pay the network gas); we may change sponsorship at any time.
5. Tokens are not investments
Campaign tokens exist to route trading fees to causes. They are not shares, securities, deposits, or promises of profit, and nobody — including campaign creators and goPumpMe — owes you a return. Token prices are set by an open market and can go to zero. Never trade more than you can afford to lose. Nothing on the platform is financial, legal, or tax advice.
6. Campaigns and content
Campaign creators are solely responsible for what they post and for using proceeds as described. We do not verify campaign claims and do not guarantee that any campaign is truthful or lawful, though we may remove campaigns from our directory at our discretion (an on-chain token itself cannot be deleted by anyone). You may not use goPumpMe for anything unlawful — including fraud, scams, money laundering, sanctions evasion — or to post content that infringes others' rights.
7. The blockchain part
Launches, trades, and fee payouts settle on Robinhood Chain, a public blockchain we do not control. On-chain transactions are irreversible, public, and can fail or be delayed for reasons outside our control. Smart contracts carry inherent risk, including bugs. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, goPumpMe and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost tokens arising from your use of the platform; our total liability for any claim is limited to $100 or the fees we earned from your use in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the platform evolves; continued use after an update is acceptance. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using goPumpMe at any time — export your wallet key first if you hold funds.
